Weedmaps And NuggMD Partner To Launch Medical Cannabis Education And Application Program

Weedmaps MAPS, a prominent online cannabis marketplace, announced a partnership with NuggMD, the leading telemedicine platform for medical cannabis patients. This collaboration aims to streamline the medical cannabis education and application process for patients through a new pilot program.

According to a recent survey of nearly 15,000 Weedmaps users, 33% are more likely to use cannabis for symptoms of diagnosed medical conditions, with reducing anxiety and relaxation being the most common reasons. NuggMD’s own survey showed similar trends, with one in four participants using marijuana for pain management.
