Wana Brands, a leading name in the North American cannabis edibles market and a subsidiary of Canopy USA, is set to launch a new marketplace called Wanderous, Benzinga has learned exclusively ahead of the official announcement. The marketplace aims to streamline the shopping experience by offering a curated selection of new hemp-derived products in one convenient platform.
Canopy USA is a holding company in which the multi-state operator Canopy Growth CGC WEED holds a non-participating, non-controlling interest. The company has acquired two of three Wana Brands entities, with the full acquisition of Wana Brands expected by the end of summer, subject to regulatory approval.
Wana also announced that a new line of ready-to-drink infused sparkling beverages crafted with hemp extracts will debut exclusively on Wanderous.

“Wanderous is a first-of-its-kind marketplace created to provide trusted, third-party tested products while building education and transparency in the rapidly-evolving hemp-derived space,” Joe Hodas, president of Wana, told Benzinga. “Our commitment goes beyond quality—we’re dedicated to equipping consumers with the tools and information they need to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Hand-selected by the experts at Wana, Wanderous offers a selection of gummies and infused beverages in a wide variety of flavors, dosages and formulations —shipped directly to your door. Initially, Wanderous will feature Delta-9-THC products and non-intoxicating CBD gummies from six popular brands: Wana, Cann, Happi, Charlotte's Web CWBHF, Martha Stewart CBD and MXXN.
While demand for hemp-derived THC and CBD products continues to grow rapidly, consumers have been overrun with misinformation and unregulated products. Wana said it has created Wanderous to help consumers take control of their plant-powered wellness journey. Each product has been rigorously third-party lab-tested to ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and responsible business practices.
Consumers can select their ideal product according to their individual experience level and desired effect – including specific needs like better sleep or stress relief. The user-friendly interface is easy to navigate, with detailed product descriptions and a product match quiz to help consumers find the perfect fit.

Wana Beverages
Wana’s new line of beverages with hemp extracts, real fruit juice and other beneficial ingredients will be available at launch in 7.5 oz cans featuring designs created in collaboration with visionary illustrator Beto Val. The three flavors are:
- Wana Lemonade Uplift Blend: 5mg THCV | 5mg CBG | 5mg THC
- Wana Strawberry Lemonade Balance Blend: 5mg CBG | 5mg CBD | 5mg THC
- Wana Raspberry Tea Relax Blend: 5mg CBG | 5mg CBD | 2mg THC
“While we remain committed to serving the regulated market, by expanding into hemp we're reaching new consumers that lack access to medical or adult-use cannabis. We're proud to launch our latest product line of ready-to-drink infused sparkling beverages made with hemp extracts and real fruit juice, Wana Beverages.
