Jim Belushi Expands Cannabis Empire With New THC-Infused Beverage Line Via Deal With HighBridge

Jim Belushi's cannabis business Belushi's Farm and maker of HighBridge cannabis beverages Premium have teamed up to launch Majical Ice TeaZ.

The new suite of THC-infused, ready-to-drink ice teas is branded as HighBridge Premium & Belushi's Farm is the result of a collaboration the that’s been ongoing for over a year, according to a Tuesday announcement.

The lineup features:

  • Earl of Blues, an Earl Grey tea with bergamot and clove, containing 10mg HDID9 Nano + 2mg CBG;
  • Chai-Cago, a combination of Chai and black teas with star anise, containing 8mg HDID9 Nano + 2mg CBD; and
  • Raspberry Calmer, with Black tea, raspberry, lemonade, and a hint of mint, containing 5mg HDID9 Nano.

Majical Ice TeaZ beverages are expected to be available this fall, following the introduction in several states. The new lineup will be on shelves in up to 15 states by the end of 2024.

The “According to Jim” star first ventured into the cannabis industry as a legal cannabis farmer with a 48-plant crop in 2015. Over the years, his Belushi’s Farm Was featured in the Discovery series “Growing Belushi,” which chronicles Belushi’s life on his cannabis farm.

The actor told Benzinga earlier his mission in the cannabis business is “to break even — because the purpose, the power of this plant, serves the greater good.”

Belushi will be a keynote speaker at the upcoming Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference on October 8-9, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois. This two-day event, held at the Marriott Magnificent Mile, is set to be the premier gathering for cannabis industry leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs.
