Marc Fogel, a schoolteacher who was arrested in Moscow in 2021 for possessing medical marijuana, for which he was sentenced to 14 years in a Russian prison, will be there with his mother. Shortly after Trump's inauguration, Fogel was freed by Russia in a prisoner exchange.
