Stocks That Crossed 52-Week Highs (ACTG, AEY, EGBN, HMSY)

Acacia Research Corp ACTG crossed its earlier 52-week high of $15 and created a new 52-week high of $15.15, up 1.81% at 12:51 pm. ACTG’s Document Generation Corporation subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Cerner Corporation CERN covering patents relating to document generation software. ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc AEY was another stock that made a new 52-week high at $3.21, breaking its previous high of $2.95. AEY reported a 19% y/y increase in revenue for the three month period ended March 31, 2010. Eagle Bancorp Inc EGBN today broke its previous 52-week high of $13.15 and made a new high of $13.28. EGBN posted its earnings for the March quarter 25% higher than anticipated. HMS Holdings Corp HMSY crossed its earlier 52-week high of $55.30 and created a new 52-week high of $55.77, up 3.43% at 12:51 pm.
