DuPont To Acquire Stake In Chinese Chemicals Firm

DuPont DD, the Dow component and one of the largest U.S. chemicals makers, will acquire a minority stake in China-based Changshu 3F Zhonghao New Chemical Materials to boost its presence in the fluorochemical market. Financials terms of the deal weren't disclosed. The transaction must be approved by Chinese regulators.
