GS has formed the committee to enhance client focus in the investment bank and increase transparency of its activities. Goldman Sachs moved up 0.04% to $143.29 in after hours. Wall Street expects Agilent Technologies Inc A to have earned $0.42 per share in the fiscal second quarter. A’s shares soared 0.12% to $33.90 in the after hours session. Blockbuster Inc BBI is seeking to divest its non core international assets. The company is planning to improve its terms of credit for recapitalizing the company. BBI’s shares lost 19% to close at $0.405 on Friday. William Dooley has been named the executive vice president of the financial services business of American International Group Inc AIG.
