Stocks That Crossed 52-Week Highs (AMMD, CJBK, CPBC, DGIT)

American Medical Systems Holdings Inc AMMD crossed its earlier 52-week high of $22.17 and created a new 52-week high of $22.21. AMMD reported better-than-anticipated earnings for the March quarter. Central Jersey Bancorp CJBK was another stock that made a new 52-week high at $6.99, breaking its previous high of $6.65. CJBK is going to be acquired by Kearny Financial KRNY in a $72.3 million all-cash deal. CJBK’s shareholders will receive $7.50 a share, a 143% premium to the company’s Tuesday's closing price of $3.08. Community Partners Bancorp CPBC today broke its previous 52-week high of $4.84 and made a new high of $4.85, up 20.05%. Middletown, New Jersey-based CPBC operates as the holding company for Two River Community Bank and The Town Bank. DG FastChannel Inc DGIT crossed its earlier 52-week high of $43.22 and created a new 52-week high of $43.56, up 5.22% at 11:54 pm. DGIT’s earnings for the March quarter exceeded expectations by 68.40%.
