The Allied Defense Group Inc ADG soared 25.35% to $2.72 by 10:05 am. ADG said that the special meeting of stockholders, where the decision to approve the company’s merger with Chemring Group Plc will take place, has been adjourned till June 30. InfoLogix Inc IFLG climbed 20.42% to $6.25. IFLG has signed a $2.2 million agreement with Intellectual Ventures Fund for the sale of its Touch Screen Systems and Methods patent. The agreement involves both the US and South Korean patents. Mayflower Bancorp Inc MFLR shares advanced 15.29% to $8.07. MFLR’s shares have fallen 12.39% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index moved up 22.39% in the same period. Winnebago Industries Inc WGO jumped 14.80% to $12.72.
