CA Inc. CA reports Q1 EPS $0.42 vs consensus of $0.42. CA Inc. reports Q1 revenue $1.09 billion vs consensus of $1.06 billion. Revenues were higher by 3% year over year on a constant currency basis. The company also reaffirmed 2011 cash and fiscal year outlook. CA Inc. said that GAAP diluted earnings per share growth in constant currency would be in a range of 5 percent to 13 percent, which is a 2% increase on the top end of previous guidance. At June 30, 2010 exchange rates, this translates to reported diluted earnings per share of $1.51 to $1.63. Cash and cash equivalents were $2.476 billion. With $1.558 billion in total debt outstanding, the Company's net cash position was $918 million. Shares of CA were higher by 1.39% in the after-hours trade. CA, Inc.
