Early Morning Movers (JKS, WCRX, MOS)

These three companies are moving solidly higher today on strong volume, particularly important in a weaker market. Shares of Jinko Solar Holding Company Limited JKS are rising $1.07 today to trade at $25.80 after UBS had positive comments on the solar sector this morning. Volume is very strong today on Jinko Solar, having already traded 650,000 shares. Average volume is around 150,000 shares. Shares of Warner Chilcott plc WCRX are up 5.1% today, gaining $1.43 to trade at $29.55 after receiving an upgrade from Wells Fargo this morning. Warner Chilcott is seeing particularly strong buying interest this morning, with volume already twice its daily volume of 1.5 million shares. Mosaic Company (The) MOS is gaining $2.33 to trade at $58.97 after Potash POT formally rejected BHP Billiton's BHP $130 per share offer. Potash has said other bidders are emerging for the potash producer. Mosaic is trading up on speculation it may be an acquisition target. Volume is strong for Mosaic as well, having traded almost 80% of its daily volume before 12:00 p.m.
