Ethereum Falls But Remains Above $1,200; Terra Classic, Quant Among Top Gainers

Bitcoin BTC/USD recorded losses this morning, with prices for the most valued cryptocurrency in the world, falling below the key $17,000 level on Tuesday.

Ethereum ETH/USD, also traded lower, but remained above the key $1,200 mark on Tuesday.

Terra Classic LUNC/USD was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while Chain XCN/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap fell to $808.89 billion, recording a 24-hour decline of 0.2%. BTC was trading lower by 0.4% at $16,778.86, while ETH fell by around 0.4% to $1,212.43 on Tuesday.
