Bitcoin Surpasses This Key Level; Nexo, Synthetix Among Top Gainers

Bitcoin BTC/USD recorded gains this morning, with the cryptocurrency prices surging back above the key $21,000 level on Friday.

Ethereum ETH/USD, also traded higher above the key $1,500 mark on Friday.

Nexo NEXO/USD was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while Decentraland MANA/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $979.20 billion, recording a 24-hour gain of 1.1%. BTC was trading higher by 1.4% at $21,130, while ETH rose by around 1.8% to $1,560 on Friday.
