Ethereum ETH/USD, meanwhile, moved lower, but traded above the $1,700 mark this morning.

Conflux CFX/USD was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while ssv.network SSV/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $1.17 trillion, recording a 24-hour gain of 1.1%. BTC was trading higher by 2.7% at $28,030 while ETH fell by around 0.7% to $1,770 on Monday.
