Benjamin “Bitboy” Armstrong, is back in court with a fresh lawsuit against certain former colleagues and affiliates, claiming the theft of his Lamborghini.
What Happened: According to a Decrypt report, Armstrong’s newest lawsuit, filed on November 1, names six defendants including Hit Network CEO Timothy Shedd Jr., CFO Timothy Shedd Sr., Voomio CEO Justin Williams, among others. The contention revolves around an allegedly stolen Lamborghini and a purported “pattern of racketeering.”
The lawsuit, lodged in the Superior Court in Cobb County, Georgia, suggests that the defendants partook in a civil conspiracy and breached Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Enterprises Act (RICO Act). Armstrong asserts that they plotted to commit “conversion” of the Lamborghini, an act of taking another’s property with the intention of dispossessing them of it.

The legal filing further contends that Armstrong was coerced into transferring the title of his 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante on September 1. The vehicle’s title and keys were then allegedly passed on to company affiliate Carlos Diaz by the Hit Network Defendants. Despite Armstrong’s claim of rightful ownership, Diaz has reportedly declined to return the luxury car.
Why It Matters: This lawsuit adds to a series of legal disputes involving Armstrong, with over six complaints lodged in Georgia in the past four months. Armstrong was arrested on September 25 following a live-streamed attempt to reclaim the Lamborghini from Diaz’s residence.
The dispute also comes amid a rebranding of the Bitboy Crypto brand to Discover Crypto, following Armstrong’s departure. TJ Shedd, Discover Crypto’s CEO, expressed that the rebranding was in the best interest of the channel and its community, aiming for a more mature approach to content production in the Bitcoin and crypto sector.
In September, Armstrong took to X to appeal to his followers for assistance in funding his legal campaign to regain control of BitBoy Crypto. As of now, donations totaling over $65,000 have been contributed to his Ethereum ETH/USD, Bitcoin BTC/USD and Cardano ADA/USD addresses.
