Riot Platforms Inc RIOT also issued an open letter to Bitfarms shareholders on Tuesday ahead of an upcoming special meeting of shareholders on Oct. 29, stressing the need for “truly independent” directors with the experience and expertise to ensure that decisions reflect what is best for all shareholders.
