Smart Homes And Businesses Could Be The Next Big Thing — Focus Universal (NASDAQ: FCUV) Is Developing Top-Of-The-Line Products

While the idea of smart homes was limited to the movies at the beginning of the century, smart home technology has become increasingly popular as it allows individuals to easily control and monitor their home's devices and systems remotely. Many homes already have some very helpful but siloed smart home technology, such as smart thermostats like Nest (Google) or video camera doorbells like the popular Ring (Amazon).

The smart home market is expected  to grow and reach $31.45 billion in 2022. It's anticipated that the industry will experience an annual growth rate of 11.24% between 2022 and 2026. By 2026, approximately 84 million households are expected to participate in the smart home market in some capacity. (citation?)

Companies that can successfully navigate the hardware and software design technology development for the Internet of Things (IoT) and 5G communication will become the strongest providers of smart homes and businesses. Smart home devices fully connected with simple interfaces for customers will be key to the growing industry.

Focus Universal Has Designed Both Smart Homes And Industrial IoT Technologies

Focus Universal Inc. FCUV provides patented hardware and software design technologies for internet-connected and 5G communication.

Focus Universal has four foundational patents granted, and 22 other patents pending in various phases, including two provisional patents filed this quarter. These patented technologies are working to solve major problems in hardware design and production, software design, and network communication inefficiencies.

Focus Universal has smart homes and industrial internet-connected technologies in its product pipeline. Both products have been designed, tested, and are expected to launch at the end of 2022. In late 2022 and into 2023, Focus Universal is starting to build its sales team in the U.S. for its developed products awaiting launch. The company has already begun marketing its current AVX-branded surveillance camera systems and indoor and outdoor LED screens.

Focus Universal’s industrial products include controls for lighting, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, digital lighting, pH, fan speed, LED lights and panels, and quantum PAR meters - all of which we usually don’t notice too much in everyday life for people and plants, but are vital to proper life function. As time and technology continue to develop, sensors and devices will become more prevalent, with increased connectivity required to optimize dimensions simultaneously with more accuracy. Focus Universal’s core systems allow ease of updating controls, ultimately decreasing the need for increased staffing in time-sensitive projects.

Focus Universal has existing relationships with the controlled agriculture and home automation industries and is excited to launch its products. As an example, even as a byproduct of the fundamental platform, the company’s research and development team also designed  software off one of the platforms ancillary to the core using the same concepts and patents to help companies complete financial reports faster.

Focus Universal’s smart home technologies include lighting controls, air conditioning controls, sprinkler systems, heating floor controls, motorized curtains, pool filtration controls, smoke detectors, flood detectors, and security cameras. The emphasis is on security, safety, efficiency, and ease of use for the customer base.
