ServiceNow, Inc. NOW launched its newest generative AI solution, Now Assist for Virtual Agent.
The solution, designed using generative AI to create real-time conversational experiences for more intelligent self-service, will answer user questions straightforwardly.
The process will help users get the information formatted to best suit the answer (i.e., text, links, images, videos, relevant portions of knowledge base articles).
Now Assist for Virtual Agent is powered by ServiceNow Generative AI Controller.

Now Assist for Virtual Agent is available to a limited set of customers. The platform will be generally available in ServiceNow's Vancouver release, which is scheduled for September 2023.
"Now Assist for Virtual Agent is a powerful organic complement to the generative AI capabilities ServiceNow has already started to roll out," said CJ Desai, president, and chief operating officer at ServiceNow.
"By embedding generative AI into the Now Platform, we are empowering our customers to radically improve productivity and realize the true potential of enterprise-grade AI," Desai added.
Price Action: NOW shares are trading higher by 1.60% to $555.07 on the last check Tuesday.
