Toyota Motor Corporation's TM Toyota Motor North America said its U.S. sales for June increased 14.9% on a volume and daily selling rate (DSR) basis year-on-year to 195,448 vehicles.
June 2023 sales of electrified vehicles totaled 51,535, a 28.8% rise Y/Y, representing 26.4% of total monthly sales.
Toyota division sales jumped 14.4% on a volume and DSR basis to 168,680 vehicles.

Passenger car sales rose 8.9%, and Truck sales increased 17.8% Y/Y.
For the first half of 2023, TMNA reported U.S. sales of 1.038 million vehicles, a 0.7% decrease Y/Y on a volume and DSR basis.
Jack Hollis, executive vice president, Sales, TMNA, said, "Our teams are working around the clock to get vehicles into customers' hands and they can expect even more exciting and electrified products later this year, including the all-new Grand Highlander, Toyota Tacoma and a new nameplate from Lexus, the TX."
