Helios Picks Polaris Executive As Finance Head; Long-Serving Tricia L. Fulton Plans Retirement

Helios Technologies Inc HLIO said Tricia L. Fulton, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to retire.

Tricia was with Helios for 26 years and served the last 17 years as CFO.

The company has appointed Sean P. Bagan, Vice President, Finance – Business Unit CFO for International & Shared Services at Polaris Inc PII, as the new CFO.

Bagan will succeed Fulton as CFO after Helios' earnings call on August 8.

Bagan brings more than 20 years of international business, strategic financial operations, and leadership experience.

He earned his B.A. double major in Accounting and Management from St. John's University in Minnesota and began his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP. 

Bagan also holds a General Management Certificate from Cambridge University's Judge Business School in England, along with a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) Certificate from the state of Minnesota.

Price Action: HLIO shares are trading lower by 0.84% at $64.06 on the last check Tuesday.
