Chegg Partners With Scale AI To Boost Generative AI Integration

Edtech company Chegg Inc CHGG has entered into a partnership with AI data infrastructure provider, Scale AI, to develop proprietary large language models (LLMs).

The partnership is aimed at providing a generative experience through Chegg's personalized learning assistant.

The initiative is planned to roll out over the course of the next two semesters and will combine generative AI with Chegg's proprietary content.

As a result, students will benefit from a simpler conversational user interface, personalized learning, more in-depth content, and study tools, such as practice tests, study guides and flashcards.

Over the past several months, Chegg and Scale tested a successful pilot of the AI experience for students.

"The partnership with Scale will allow us to develop new LLMs unique to Chegg and help us accelerate the annotating and categorizing of data while maintaining our own IP," said COO Nathan Schultz.

Price Action: CHGG shares are trading lower by 0.33% at $10.45 on the last check Monday.
