Ryanair Holdings Plc RYAAY expects August traffic to marginally exceed the record 18.7 million passengers it flew last month.
RYAAY's September and October bookings are expected to be precise as forecasted, Reuters reported, referring to a statement from Eddie Wilson, the head of Ryanair DAC, the largest airline in the group.
"It should be slightly more (than July)... people are still travelling," said Wilson, as noted by Reuters.
"We don't see anything unusual in terms of our bookings, the momentum of bookings are indicating to us that the booking curve is going to fill out exactly as we predict," Wilson added.
Last month, Ryanair said it expects FY24 traffic to be around 183.5 million (+9% Y/Y), slower than earlier guidance of 185 million, on delivery delays in spring and autumn 2023.
Price Action: RYAAY shares are trading lower by 0.74% to $99.12 premarket on the last check Tuesday.
