Bonanza For Wood Products Maker Boise Cascade Shareholders; Company Declares Special Dividend

Engineered wood products company Boise Cascade BCC said its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share.

The company has also declared a special dividend of $5.00 per share to holders of its common stock. 

The dividends will be paid on December 15, 2023, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2023.

Boise held $1.1 billion in cash and equivalents as of June 30, 2023.

Boise Cascade produces engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a U.S. wholesale distributor of building products. 

Price Action: BCC shares closed higher by 1.33% at $90.81 on Thursday.
