Fintech Company Fiserv Sees Double-Digit EPS Growth In FY24 & Medium Term, Reaffirms FY23 Outlook

Fiserv Inc FI disclosed preliminary guidance for FY24 and medium-term periods (2025 and 2026).

For FY24, the company expects organic revenue growth of 11% to 13% and adjusted EPS growth of 13%-17% vs. the FY23 level. 

For the medium term, the company projects organic revenue growth of 9% to 12% annually and annual adjusted EPS growth of 14% to 18% for 2025 and 2026.

Frank Bisignano, Chairman, President and CEO, said, "We expect our leading client franchise, combined with our broad distribution capability, extensive geographic reach and expansive product portfolio, will enable us to continue to be a leader in the fintech and payment space."

The company reaffirmed FY23 guidance for organic revenue growth at 11% and adjusted EPS at $7.47 - $7.52 versus consensus of $7.49.

Last month, Fiserv reported third-quarter revenue growth of 8% Y/Y to $4.87 billion, beating the consensus of $4.61 billion. Adjusted EPS of $1.96 beat the consensus of $1.93.

Price Action: FI shares closed higher by 0.49% at $122.16 on Tuesday.
