MSA Safety, Inc. MSA has secured a $35 million contract with the U.S. Air Force to provide advanced respiratory protective equipment for air base fire brigades.
The deal includes MSA's G1 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), chemical warfare component masks, and more. These units will replace older models and serve U.S. Air Force fire brigades worldwide.

The G1's ergonomic design and adjustable features ensure comfort during prolonged use.
Production is underway at MSA's Murrysville, Pennsylvania facility, with deliveries expected through 2024.
