Tesla Inc's TSLA updated Model 3 Highland, already embraced in international markets, has now been introduced to North American consumers.
The refreshed sedan retains its familiar pricing but brings a series of improvements to enhance its appeal. Noteworthy among the updates is the Long Range trim's increased efficiency, offering a 2.4% higher range, now estimated at 341 miles, while the rear-wheel drive version continues to deliver a 272-mile range.

Weight adjustments play a part in the new design, with the Long Range trim shedding 4 pounds, and the vehicle overall boasting an 8% increase in efficiency, thanks in part to improved aerodynamics. Acoustic enhancements promise a quieter ride, with a 30% decrease in wind and ambient noise and a 20% reduction in road noise.
The interior and exterior of the Model 3 Highland have not been overlooked. A redesigned interior featuring new door cards, more premium materials and multicolor ambient LED lighting from dash to rear doors elevates the in-cabin experience.
On the outside, two new wheel designs optimize battery life, and sleeker lighting designs contribute to a more streamlined appearance. The introduction of this model to North America is poised to solidify Tesla's position as a leader in electric vehicle innovation and consumer choice.
