This advancement aims to further minimize the risk of collisions, CnEV Post added.

Zhang Weifeng, Nio’s smart driving product manager, stated in a video posted on Weibo today that the enhanced AEB utilizing end-to-end technology can handle more hazardous scenarios with greater precision in braking timing compared to traditional AEB systems, the report read.

In the Banyan 2.6.5 CN system update, Nio has also enhanced its NOP+ (Navigate on Pilot Plus) capabilities, significantly improving its ability to navigate through full scenarios.

Price Action: NIO shares are trading higher by 2.36% to $4.79 at last check Friday.
