Tuesday's USDA cattle slaughter was 113,000 head versus a year ago at 110,000 head. October live cattle is trading at 113.35, down 0.60 cents/lb. December live cattle is trading at 114.22, down 0.90 cents/lb. February live cattle is trading at 113.97, down 0.87 cents/lb.
