Pete Najarian said on CNBC's Fast Money that he likes Weatherford International Ltd. (NYSE:
WFT) in the energy sector. Weatherford International Ltd. (
WFT) jumped 3.39% today.
Pete Najarian added that he spotted an unusual options activity in BP plc (ADR) (NYSE:
BP). Investors were interested in the January 7.5 puts, and more than 9,000 contracts were traded. Mr. Najarian commented that this was a very bearish bet.
BP gained 1.43% today and closed at $31.85. It had a huge volume today, with 235.28M shares traded.
