Goldman Sachs' O'Neill: GDP At Leat Up 3.5% In 2011

Goldman Sachs' GS O'Neill on CNBC today projected that GDP in 2011 will be at least 3.5%, "maybe a couple quarters where it's up 4." In January, February, and March, O'Neill claimed that payroll numbers will also start to improve.
