Fast Money Pops & Drops, February 1st (YHOO, BGP, CBS, MMI, PLL)

Brian Kelly said on CNBC's Fast Money Pops & Drops that Yahoo! Inc. YHOO got upgraded today, and the stock jumped 1.83%. He added that this was all about valuation. Borders Group, Inc. BGP dropped 14.01% in the regular session, and Joe Terranova was not surprised. He said that Borders (BGP) is going to delay the payment of some bills, and that is generally not good for the stock price. CBS Corporation CBS popped 2.85% on Monday, but Zachary Karabell believes that it should be down with Borders (BGP). He explained that CBS is in a tough business. CBS Corporation (CBS) got upgraded today by Deutsche bank. Guy Adami said that UBS initiated Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc MMI with a neutral rating. Mr. Adami added that anything that is associated with Motorola seems to be doing poorly, and this is not the time to buy this stock. Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc (MMI) fell 5.81% today. Pall Corporation PLL jumped 13.87% today on the news that its CEO is retiring, said Steve Cortes. He explained that investors are speculating that takeover could be more realistic now. Pall Corporation (PLL) closed at $55.41, and had a volume of 7.29M traded shares.
