Will HRBN, FSIN, CSR, CFSG Ever Go Private?

On CNBC this afternoon, Herb Greenberg highlighted Harbin Electric, Inc. HRBN, Fushi Copperweld, Inc. FSIN, China Security & Surveillance Technology, Inc. CSR and China Fire & Security Group, Inc. CFSG, all of which have previously said they were going private.

None of them have actually done so, however, with HRBN, FSIN and CSR still without a deal, and CFSG providing Greenberg's favorite story. Apparently the company says it received a non-binding letter from a “leading global private equity firm.” Still, there is no deal.
