Cramer: AT&T/T-Mobile Merger Is "Brilliant" (T)

This afternoon on CNBC, Jim Cramer shared his views on the merger between AT&T T and T-Mobile. “This is just brilliant,” he said. “It is brilliant!” Cramer believes that by joining forces with T-Mobile, AT&T will be able to solve its quality issues. “It takes a lot of money to be able to do what Verizon VZ did,” he said. “The problem is [that AT&T previously] inherited some really bad technology.” Cramer also said that with this merger, we will finally see if antitrust regulators really understand the market.
