AIG Road Show Slated For May (AIG)

According to CNBC's Kate Kelly, the AIG AIG "re-IPO" road show is set for May, a little later than had been originally expected. The U.S. Treasury is selling a major portion of the company, as it seeks to return the company back to the private markets. The investment bankers working on the deal are looking for a start date of May 9 for the roadshow, which would have AIG price around May 23. According to a source close to the situation, the situation is still in the works, and the dates may change. At last check, shares of AIG were off 33 cents to $36.03, a loss of 0.9%.
