On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said Citigroup Inc C is a screaming buy. He explained that he likes it because it's still trading below its book value. He added that Michael Corbat, the CEO, is doing a great job.
Cramer would not buy Wayfair Inc W because there is too much furniture out there. Wayfair dropped 3.37 percent on Tuesday.
