Short Interest (JOE, CIEN)

The Wall Street Journal has put out a report with a list of stocks hitting their 52 week high in terms of short interest. Among the names mentioned are Ciena CIEN and St. Joe Company. JOE. St. Joe is particular to note, as it's been the subject of talks between David Einhorn and Bruce Berkowitz.
