Huge Gainers Today (M, WFMI, NYT)

There are a few stocks that had incredible moves today, such as Macy's M, New York Times NYT and Whole Foods WFMI Macy's gained 6.6% today on higher than expected same-store-sales. It closed at $25.56, a gain of $1.59. New York Times gained 8.2% today to close at $8.63, after the media company reported it closed its bond offering today. Whole Foods reported much better than expected earnings after the bell yesterday, and the stock rose an astounding 15% today. It closed at $47.27, a gain of $6.20.
