OraSure Technologies, Inc. OSUR is up sharply this morning after the company said that regulators approved final testing of its HIV detection test, OraQuick. At last check, shares of OSUR were up 43 cents to $4.92, a gain of 9.5%. Volume is particularly heavy today, as it's traded more than 800,000 shares. Normal volume is just over 100,000 shares.
