Massey Energy Continues To See Stength (MEE)

Massey Energy Company MEE continues to see strength this morning, gaining another 0.5% after reports came out yesterday from the Wall Street Journal that Alpha Natural Resources ANR made a bid for company. Massey's board confirmed it received the bid, but has not decided what to do. It is still mulling over what the best decision long term for the company and its shareholders is. Massey Energy produces, processes, and sells bituminous coal primarily in the United States.
