Resource ADR's On The Rise (PBR, CEO, BHP)

Overseas commodity stocks are gaining strongly today, as Petrobras PBR announced two of its deep water oil finds were declared commercially viable. At last check, shares of Petrobras were up 2.4% to $36.50. Asian oil companies like were China Petroleum SNP and Cnooc Ltd CEO were both up around 2% in Wednesday trading. BHP Billiton Plc BHP was up $1.3 to $93.06, a gain of 1.3% on the back of stronger metal prices. Shares of Rio Tinto RIO were up 1.1% to $70.83.
