Comcast Names Cynthia Hook Senior Vice President

Comcast Corporation CMCSA today announced that Cynthia Hook has joined the company as Senior Vice President and General Auditor. In this capacity, Ms. Hook oversees all internal audit staff, risk management, and the performance of financial, operational, systems audits, among other responsibilities. She reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Comcast Corporation and to Michael Angelakis, Chief Financial Officer, Comcast Corporation.
