PolyOne Announces Offering of $320 Million of Senior Notes

PolyOne Corporation POL announced today that it is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, $320 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2020 in an underwritten public offering under its effective shelf registration statement. PolyOne intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to finance the Company's cash tender offer also announced today for any and all of its outstanding 8.875% Senior Notes due 2012.
