Hatteras Financial Corp. Announces Pricing of Stock Offering at $28.75 per Share

Hatteras Financial Corp. HTS today announced that it priced a public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $28.75 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on September 24, 2010.
