CSC Wins Three Technical Areas in Social Security Administration's $2.8 Billion IDIQ Contract

CSC CSC announced today that it is one of four firms to be awarded a $2.8 billion Information Technology Support Services indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the Social Security Administration (SSA). The IDIQ contract, which was awarded during CSC's fiscal 2011 second quarter, has a one-year base period and six one-year options. Under the terms of the contract, CSC will provide consulting and IT services to maintain and modernize SSA's systems and architecture in application validation, software engineering and technology, and systems administration for z/OS, UNIX, Windows and WebSphere.
