EMCOR Group, Inc. Reports Third EPS of $(2.64)

EMCOR Group, Inc. EME today reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010. The Company recorded a net loss for the 2010 third quarter of $175.6 million, or $(2.64) per diluted share. Excluding a non-cash impairment charge discussed below, adjusted net income was $30.9 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, compared to net income of $40.0 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2009. Revenues in the third quarter of 2010 totaled $1.28 billion, compared to $1.37 billion in the third quarter a year ago.
