Uranium Resources, Inc. Completes 7.15M Share Offering

Uranium Resources, Inc. URRE announced today that it has closed its underwritten registered offering of 7,150,000 shares of common stock at a price of $1.16 per share. Net proceeds to the Company, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately $7.8 million. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to fund potential future acquisitions.
