Allscripts Prices Secondary Offering on Behalf of Misys plc

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. MDRX today announced that certain wholly owned subsidiaries of Misys plc have priced their previously announced underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of Allscripts common stock at a public offering price of $17.95 per share. Allscripts did not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering. Barclays Capital Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering.
