PRGX Acquires The Johnsson Group

PRGX Global, Inc. PRGX today announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of TJG Holdings LLC. The assets and business of The Johnsson Group are expected to be fully integrated into PRGX's global operations and allow PRGX to expand and scale its advisory services line.
