Brink's Acquires Servicio Pan Americano de Proteccion for $60 Million

The Brink's Company BCO today announced the acquisition of Servicio Pan Americano de Proteccion, S.A. de C.V. for approximately $60 million. SPP is the largest secure logistics company in Mexico, with annual revenue of approximately $385 million. Mexico's CIT (cash-in-transit) market is the fifth largest in the world, with total revenue estimated at $900 million.
