Bridge Capital Holdings Announces $30M Private Offering

Bridge Capital Holdings BBNK announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell $30.0 million in common stock to a group of institutional investors in a private placement transaction. The investors in the private placement have agreed to purchase 3,508,771 shares of common stock at a price per share of $8.55. The price per share in the private placement is equal to the Nasdaq closing bid price of the Company's common stock on November 18, 2010.
